ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purcahsing from us, you agree to be bound by its "Terms of Service", conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. Please read them carefully.O-Live Decor reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. Your usage of this site and placement of an order indicate, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Your purchase of O-Live Decor products or services is subject to this Terms of Sale. By placing the order and making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this document and agree to be bound by its terms and the Terms of Service.

This Terms of Sale is not meant to contradict, violate or run contrary to any portion of the Terms of Service which governs your use of O-Live Decor services, but additional terms with Terms of Service to Terms of Sale. If any portion of the Terms of Sale is found to contradict, violate or run contrary to the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will govern and will be the binding document with regards to that portion.

The Terms of Sale is meant to provide general information regarding policies surrounding purchases from the O-Live Decor. The Terms of Service is hereby incorporated by reference into this document and thus by agreeing to comply with the Terms of Sale you again agree to comply with the Terms of Service.

PROCESSING AND PAYMENT

O-Live Decor will process your purchase as sson as possible. There may be a delay while payment are being process and received. We accept Cash, Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer, Credit Card and PayPal for Local and International Payment. We reserve the right to reject any order or purchase at any time. If your payment is delayed to settle, your order will be suspended until we have received payment, and resume the order process. Unless specified otherwise in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, all charges are nonrefundable.

PRICING

When you purchase our product, the price will be made clear during the order process. You agree to pay the price that is stated at the time of your order, as well as if any applicable taxes (Hong Kong Tax Regulation does not have Sale Tax application, and transaction is settled down in Hong Kong).

Discount eligibility is determined at the time of the order. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. All prices are in United States Dollars for International Transaction and Hong Kong Dollars for Local Transaction.

O-Live Decor reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time. We will notify you in advance if the regular rate of a product changes from what was stated at the time of your order. You will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel your purchase order from that point forward.

If a stated price is determined by us in our sole discretion to be in error, we are not under any obligation to offer you the product at that price. We will notify you of the error and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and obtain a refund if payment has already been made.

If your purcahse order may include other product, and you may have to pay additional fees to these products. These additional charges will be clearly stated.

If your order involved from third party service. You are responsible for paying any additional charges.

UNPAID CHARGES

If your payment method is otherwise invalid, your order will be suspended. You will remain responsible for all charges. You will be responsible for all costs we incur in the collection of unpaid amounts, including court costs, attorneys' fees, collection agency fees and any other associated costs.

PROMOTIONS

We may occasionally offer promotions. The specific terms of each promotion are stated at the time the promotion is offered. Each promotion may be different and should be consumed as once. Promotions cannot be combined. You are required to provide the promotion detail when placing the order.

DISCLAIMER

In all cases, the responsibility of our Company will be limited to the price paid by the customer to purchase a product.

CONFIDENTIALITY

O-Live Decor will use all reasonable efforts to keep confidential information entrusted to it in the context of the work for the client.

VARIOUS

No changes to these terms and conditions shall be valid unless it has been a written agreement between our corporation and the customer. The invalidity of any part of the provisions of these terms and conditions may not affect the validity of other conditions.
